The process to get in was quick. Although It took a long time to fill out the needed online question, I understand as to why it was needed. I myself work for IMH and understand the need for change.

Candace and staff is wonderful! We will not go anywhere else for our kids pediatrician office.
It was great. I would have loved to know in advance that the online check in is mandatory now. Also, annoyed that I had to fill out all those questions when I had just filled out all that paperwork by hand about a month ago so I was expecting to be able to just give his name and not fill out questions.
