Excellent service from the time we checked in to seeing the nurse, and to the doctor! Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and very friendly! Excellent service!
The dr was super caring but the phone call was not great. I called on our way to tell the office that we were running late because we were behind an accident. The person on the phone said that they only give a 15 min forgiveness no matter what then we waited for over an hour with my daughter in a lot of pain. I can understand a 15 min policy but if someone calls because of an accident they could have a little compassion. And if that’s the case I expect not to wait for over an hour. The doctor was great.
Dr Naiman is the best
Staff members are always nice and the office is clean and kept up. I like that I can get an appointment same day on most occasions. I am so glad Dr Naimen saw my twins as new borns in the hospitals because that is how we discovered this office and Dr Moore! I have been taking my 5 kids to Dr. Moore for almost 5 years now. Finding a good pediatrician is hard for n this town.
Dr Rafferty is always attentive and helpful with our little one. We love it there.

Dr Naimen was fabulous! He was very personable with his patient who is 6yrs old. She left with a smile and a lollipop! We are very thankful for such a knowledgeable, caring pediatrician!
