I love my doctors and the whole staff the staff goes above and beyond for my children they're very welcoming and hands on they go above and beyond to accommodate you and your need for your family I wouldn't change my doctor if they paid me love the HOLMES - CASAUS-HARRIS FAMILY

My in office experience was excellent staff was nice and friendly as usual. If I could change one thing that one thing would be the calling system, the wait time is too long before you cal actually speak to someone.
We waited almost 40 minutes to get called back, but that was because they thought my child had a different name. They were quick to resolve it and check him in under his name, but he got very antsy and therefore made it frustrating for me.
The only problem with the visit was getting through on the phone to schedule the visit. I was apparently routed to a generic answering center that I waited 20 minutes for someone to answer, and was then told they had to transfer me to the actual office which took another 20 minutes. The scheduler from the office was very helpful and patient scheduling my four kids at times that worked for us! The front desk girls are super sweet to colton and I. The doctor was quick with Colton but very thorough made sure to let me know about his upcoming shots and double checked his ears because we were there 2 weeks ago for a possible ear infection.
Good. Wait time is fast. Best doctor around (Santos). Nice and caring staff. Only negative is online check in.. healthcare partners was better.
I love everyone there!
