Very helpful people made easy
The only positive thing I can say was your receptionist was extremely nice! Nurse that took my blood pressure etc, extremely rude..didn't listen to 1 word I said. Doctor was ok..sent me another 1 of your facilities for a cover test and $250 later told me not to come back there..contact my family doctor..I don't have one. When I go to the doctor I expect to get answers as why Im feeling sick not guessing anwers get tested do what needs to be done asap because Im feelins super sick
I had shortness of breath, it was hard for me to breathe all day. I arrived at your place and there they welcomed me and waited half an hour in the room for them to decide what to do with me. I paid $ 120 and was not treated at all, in the end I was told to do a chest x-ray and pay more. So why did I pay $ 120 if I was not treated at all and then want me to pay more? I was not treated at all and I came out sick just as I arrive
I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I came in with severe pain right leg. I am 76 I was too old. I left very depressed
I was left in a room for an hour after my vital signs were taken.The doctor came in listened to my heart and then it was another 45 minute wait.I was there for a TB test.I was there for At least 2 and a half hours.No one came to my room to say anything.Very POOR customer service.
I am permanently disabled with the following conditions since 2012 spinal stenosis degenerated disk disease scoliosis herniated disks sciatica in both legs and lastly ortho arthritis in all joints. I couldn’t walk and the incompetent nurse was paying more attention to my children than my 9 pain level. Would never go there again. I even gave an empty bottle to show what medical prescription I took daily 3 -4 x a day. I do not abuse my medication and was in severe crippling distress and the dr treated me like a drug seeker.
