So clean, new, and what an amazing experience! We literally stayed 5.5 hours, took a break, and came back at sunset. The family pool/jacuzzi area had upbeat and good music, wonderful water temperature, and a great vibe. There was a ramp that made accessing the big pool easy on kids and elderly guests. The relaxation side with the 16 individual hot spring pools had relaxing/calming spa music playing through the speakers, and I've never been more relaxed.
