They did a great job in the back of the house. My questions and concerns were answered by a very knowledgeable lady with the same dog as us. However, up front there are so many issues between filing paperwork, and if you ask anyone for help to use the coupons (they provided btw) you’re likely to leave more dazed and confused than your dog. I like the veterinarian and assistant, but they need someone up front at the customer desk with knowledge of how to access data. We had to take our 17 year old pet, Wee Angus, in for his end of life experience. He had deteriated very rapidly in the last week and was in constant trauma. We want to thank the whole staff for the way we were treated. Special thanks to our Tech, German Vargas, and our lovely Vet, Dr. Suzan Spack, who spent much time with us and allowed all the time we needed to say goodby to Angus. Highly recommend to everyone!!

They are always so good to our pups when we take them. They always fix them up and figure out what's wrong with them. I love the paw plans because it keeps us from breaking the bank.

We had to take our dog here to be seen & then put to sleep for doggy heaven since her normal vet was unable to see her... the dr herself was clearly emotional about it & that meant a lot to us. The ladies at the front desk were all sweet & kept consoling us & was keeping our son occupied with one of their dogs & suckers. We got a paw print in clay & our pups ashes ina gorgeous box with a name tag. They also sent us a card that the whole staff signed.

I would like to thank Ironwood Vet Clinic for all they have done to try and save my grandaughters dog Cayden. When he came to you guys he was in very bad shape and not expected to survive and all you guys did everything possible to pull him through it but it was just to late but one thing is that he had all the love in the world from you all and he knew it so he had the greatest love in the world from Dr. Polo and the staff so I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart

I don't know how I've never left a review before! Ironwood has been excellent time and time again for our family's furry members. From calling when there was a last minute opening so we didn't have to come in as an emergency visit to helping us through making tough decisions with my in-laws pup. We really appreciate the staff!

They were not my vets but they took me in on an absolute emergency. I expected my dog would be euthanized. But instead a couple days later I was able to bring her home. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Thank you Carrie, Jenna, Brianna and Dr. Polo. Very intelligent. Even if the outcome had been different I felt they did proper and full analysis and would have accepted it. Thank you again. God bless. :)
