Great staff. Great facilities. Knowledgeable Vet.
This place was the best. The paw plan was a great deal and I really liked having an all inclusive and not having to worry about paying additional costs. The staff really showed interest in making sure my pup was cared for, and knew her by name every time I called. They went the extra mile when I boarded her to make sure she was well taken care of and played with. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Well, my first experience with Ironwood was not on the best of circumstances. My beagle, Eddie, was dying before my eyes. I live clear on Fortuna and the vet near me, where I had gone before, was closed --- on Wednesday at noon. I tried calling another vet but no answer. Ironwood was quick and responsive and told me to come right in. This was 4:00 p.m. and I was there by 4:30. They met me at the door and comforted me from the beginning. RecommendedI take my dog, Woodrow here all the time and have always loved the care I get from the staff. I recently took my friend's cat, Buddha in for an emergency. They kept the doors opened for us at the last minute. The service with the caring and compassionate people that worked there was Excellent.
