It was okay overall. Although about half the staff was a little rude and the price to at the buffet was a little bit on the expensive side. I think 26.99 a person for the dinner buffet is ridiculously high when you already have the people feeding the house by gambling.

Elevator was broke. Didn't have the room that i reserved.

Our coffee pot was broken, we requested a replacement and none was delivered. For such a large hotel breakfast and food choices was very limited which was frustrating since the property is so far out of town.

Staff was extremely courteous-room was ok. Temperature in room was cold and thermostat did not work. Bed was extremely comfortable but bathroom could stand some work. Bathtub faucet was out from the wall, so water from the shower did drip into the wall. Hot water wasn’t overly hot.

Overall, the trip was good. The only complaint is that I found some hair on the wall inside the shower.
Room was clean a little out dated but comfy casino was a little out dated and not paying
