Our coffee pot was broken, we requested a replacement and none was delivered. For such a large hotel breakfast and food choices was very limited which was frustrating since the property is so far out of town.

Staff was extremely courteous-room was ok. Temperature in room was cold and thermostat did not work. Bed was extremely comfortable but bathroom could stand some work. Bathtub faucet was out from the wall, so water from the shower did drip into the wall. Hot water wasn’t overly hot.

Overall, the trip was good. The only complaint is that I found some hair on the wall inside the shower.
Room was clean a little out dated but comfy casino was a little out dated and not paying

Isle of Capri water The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The water coming out of the bathroom sink and tub was brown. The sink in the bathroom was clogged up also. I think it’s the whole hotel and casino because I tried to get a cup of water in the casino’s self service and that water was brown as well.
