I had an all around good experience. From the lady who got me checked in, she was very friendly and professional. The early evening greeter on the coral reef side saw me loaded down with bags and opened the door for me. Even just passing through, I saw that he went out of his way to give other guests the same treatment. I ended up losing my room key and I had no issue receiving another one. Good service all the way around.

There was a dead dried bug in the sheets. The exercise room was closed. The lights bulbs in the lamps were blown in the room. The room was clean, except for the dead bug...the sheets were clean though. The buffet was great! Hotel staff was very helpful and nice.
