The stay was very pleasant We enjoyed the stay. We needed a refrigerator and microwave.

Room was great however the walls was relative thin could hear all nearby conversation and footsteps.

Basic...but very comfortable and cheery staff! Bed extremely comfortable. Hairdryer was broken and never replaced. Towels very good and employees extremely pleasant!

Critters in our room on the Mississippi over all the check-in was easy however when we got our room it had roaches. I called the desk and was told that they would have to get a manager before we could change rooms because of booking. after a 45min wait with no phone call. I went to the desk at the other end of the hotel opposite of where we checked in and someone moved us to another room. the next morning I had to go and ask if we could get a discount due to the inconvenience. which I had to show pictures of the insect. Outstanding Everyone I encountered at the Hotel was more than kind and courteous. One Security Guard went out of her way to Google an address for me which made my day. She is an extraordinary employee and if I knew her name I'd write it for everyone to read!

Friendly Staff We Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only wish that there was a microwave and fridge in the room. It would have been nice since the hotel and casino or so remote.

The bathroom floor had water seeping through it. I put down towels. The shower curtain rod had fallen off and been re-attached in a different spot. Sloppy work. I was in the room only 10 hours. The bed was comfortable and the sheets/towels were clean. I did not stay for gambling. I was attending a visitation and funeral. Wouldn't have gambled anyway since I'm allergic to smoke. Staff was very pleasant.
Great hotel to accommodate late arrivals-SAFE Great stay- the staff were excellent and accommodating.
