Candy's opinion I went there for my mom's 80th birthday! The hotel was VERY clean.....the staff was very HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL....especially the young lady that assisted with the bags! The only thing I did not like....was the LONG wait to get food at the quick meal restaurant...and got all the way back to my room and the food was absolutely horrible...who put American cheese on a philly steak...they were short-staffed and moving TOOOOO slow to accommodate the waiting customers!!!! ....will not return there again! Room ok for price we paid
The stay was very pleasant We enjoyed the stay. We needed a refrigerator and microwave.

Room was great however the walls was relative thin could hear all nearby conversation and footsteps.

Basic...but very comfortable and cheery staff! Bed extremely comfortable. Hairdryer was broken and never replaced. Towels very good and employees extremely pleasant!

Critters in our room on the Mississippi over all the check-in was easy however when we got our room it had roaches. I called the desk and was told that they would have to get a manager before we could change rooms because of booking. after a 45min wait with no phone call. I went to the desk at the other end of the hotel opposite of where we checked in and someone moved us to another room. the next morning I had to go and ask if we could get a discount due to the inconvenience. which I had to show pictures of the insect. Outstanding Everyone I encountered at the Hotel was more than kind and courteous. One Security Guard went out of her way to Google an address for me which made my day. She is an extraordinary employee and if I knew her name I'd write it for everyone to read!
