When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had several issues with our room. We paid for two queen-size beds in the newly renovated, nonsmoking section because there were three people in our group. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with one king bed. After returning to the front desk, we were moved to a room with two beds, but it was located in the smoking section and had not been renovated. Please dont book bugs and spiders and air dont work and the staff is no help. The first room I was given had air conditioning that wasn't working, so I had to switch rooms. In the second room, there was a spider in the bed. On top of that, I paid for a queen-size bed, and after being moved, I was given a full-size bed instead. I've already had to move rooms because of issues that were beyond my control, and I'm still not receiving the accommodations I paid for. At this point, I would like to be compensated. Listed laundry. Did not have. Too many friends of staff hanging out in hotel. We left early paid for two nights only stayed one. Do not recommend if you are looking for a peaceful stay.
Everything went well with my stay at the hotel. I was woken up by the maintenance person started cutting the lawn , it woke me up at approx. 6:30 am.
The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the coffee maker did not work.
Rooms smelled of stale cigarettes from air conditioning unit. And could only get 2 channels on tv. Poor WiFi in room
I really like the food. And entertainment on the weekends
