Front desk clerk is tremendously unprofessional and lack of customers services training
Well i had a late check-in and paid for the rooms but the front desks lady told me since i didn't check-in at 11am they considered it a no-show i told her how the rooms already paid for she persisted and hang up the phone
Sad to see this hotel go down. No Breakfast, no food service als the sink in restroom would not drain.

Hotel was nice but no internet for entire 3 days. NO INTERNET - REALLY??? YES - REALLY And no breakfast either and nothing within many miles. Not much of a casino but I don't gamble so to me it is irrelevant.
Forget Isle Casino Hotel Lula No heat in the room, no hot water, and no Internet
Worst casino hotel I’ve stayed at AC didn’t work well in the room. Hotel description said it was recently renovated but everything was very dated. Shower didn’t drain properly. Beds were terrible. No fitness center. No WiFi or smart tvs. Would not come back.
