Ms. Norwood helped me and my husband with our mortgage through Coldwell Banker. Purchasing a new home can be quite stressful, but Ms. Norwood provided us with timely responses to our endless questions. Her knowledge base and expertise was quite impressive. We recently purchased a home in a very strict timeline. We had to move out of rental and quickly purchase a home without incurring unnecessary cost. We never met Isiana however that did not matter. She quickly understood our needs and timeline. There were many examples where we had questions and concerns. She made herself available and responded to every concern as quickly as possible. There were several examples where she took the time from her family events to return my call.

Isliana Norwood is amazing. I had difficulty with VA and lenders until I was referred to Isliana. She knows the VA process. She made the process extremely easy and simple. This being my first home purchase, I expected it to be long, painful, and require a lawyer to understand, but it was exactly the opposite.
