Great storage units. With it being one of the cheapest places in town, I was surprised to see how clean and well kept the grounds are. The friendly and helpful staff are quite a treat. They even have a full time resident manager that makes sure the place is secure. Highly recommend this place.

For the past six months we've paid every month electronically (so, on time). Everything's gone as expected. We know it's outdoors, somewhat in the elements and no news is good news from a business of this sort. When renting it out they were very courteous and explained everything in pretty good detail. We settled on a medium unit in July, loaded our possessions and went on assignment in Anchorage. When we returned in January there was an addition master lock on our unit. iStorage Carson City has a new property manager, Caitlin. We have been with this storage facility through two owners now, and she is the reason we will continue renting with iStorage. The facility is fairly priced, clean and safe, but Caitlin has gone above and beyond with billing issues, setting up our auto-payment with which we have had problems in the past. My husband and I went into this business, we were looking for a nice size storage at a GREAT price. Upon entering this place we were welcomed by the most kind and friendly people you can run into. Came across this place while looking for a storage unit. After talking on the phone with the operator I decided to reserve a unit. Mainly based off their rate which was about $20 cheaper a month than anyone else I called. Before I was off the phone making the reservation the manager was calling me asking if I had any questions or what he could do for me. Clean, professional, and you can make your payments online. As far as storage facilities go this is the best I've done business with.

Got a lower rate to start, but it was higher than most storage sheds in Carson, it was a last minute thing so I went with them. They then raised my rate from just over $100.00 to almost $300.00 in a few years. Stay away from them at all cost. They will keep raising your rate, you can count on that.
