Connie & Mitchell are an awesome team! They are extremely helpful. The move in/renting process was very quick and easy. Just like the move out process. All the units are super clean. The property is top notch! Wide entrances for trucks. Easy parking along with convenient loading and unloading close the elevators. Plenty of flatbed dollies too! Plus, complimentary bottled water, too.

Connie and Mitch could not be more wonderful to work with! They go above and beyond to show appreciation for your business. The facility was always clean and well kept. I always felt safe there,too. Thank you!

Best storage experience I have ever had personally. Safe, clean, management lives on property, helpful... I cannot say enough good things! I rented a unit from a terrible place prior and my stuff was damaged and some even stollen. I was afraid this is the way all facilities were, but I was wrong. I will definetly rent from them again if the need arises! Thank you!!

Really, really like this place. Compared to our last place we rented from, this place is stellar. The very nice couple who run the place are very friendly & not pushy. We were shown our storage unit & were impressed with the security of the place. They also sell a variety of packing material. There are several moving carts for renters to use as this place is huge. Love, love how clean the storage area is. The hallways are very well lit & the place is climate controlled. And the best part? We are paying less than our last non... read more

The Proguard Memorial Storage facility is great and very cost competitive. The entire parking area is under cover, so you can load/unload no matter what the weather conditions without any issues. They have plenty of carts in each elevator lobby, and each elevator lobby is secured, so you have to have a code to get into the elevator or access the storage units. The management staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and they even provide complimentary cold bottled water to keep you hydrated as you move your belongings... read more

The facilities are top notch, and as with most moves, there are some delays and snafu's. Mitchell and Connie were very helpful and flexible.

Storage is secure. Covered parking lot. Friendly services. The only complain is the price, probably the most expensive storage in town. I know it is Memorial area , but still.
