A very huge thank you to ITAK Heating & Cooling for installing my new furnace/ac today. From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication, took their time being neat and careful going in and out of the house and explained everything to me once they were complete. Everyone i dealt with was nothing short of amazing. Paul, Leah and Chrissy in the office and the workers Kevin Matt and Tom thank you all so much I’m so excited to have heat again!!
We were having issues with a very old boiler that quit during a very cold snap. ITAK gave us a credit for all the work they did on the old boiler and installed a new one within days. They worked with us to figure out an option that worked for us and did it very skillfully. I highly recommend them!
ITAK is in a league of their own!! They take a humanistic approach with a professional flare!! I have never met such high qualified individuals with such knowledge, yet they are able to communicate with the customer in a way the customer understands!! Always there for you from beginning to end!! From install to maintenance!! Itak is the best, a top 10 for sure!
Very professional and friendly
Installed 2 new furnaces and top of the line air conditioner in January 2021. Team is extremely competent and professional. Meticulous in their installation. They have services all of my heating and cooling needs since 2004. Paul Mitchell and the team are very easy to talk with about any issues. Would not recommend anyone else.
they always promptly return calls, even on weekends. they never try to force services on you that you don't need, their service fee has remained steady for what seems like years...the techs are friendly knowledgeable, and professional....they explain everything in terms you unders tr and and are very patient with customers...i have recommended them to others without hesitation and have not heard any complaints
