James was here quickly for our heating emergency, even though it was 9:30 at night, during a snowstorm and on a Saturday. He got our heater fixed promptly and blowing nice and warm. Before leaving he made sure to run other tests to make sure our air quality was great, to ensure there were no other unforeseen concerns for us. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered ALL of my many questions. A+++++

We would recommend Itak for all of you furnace needs and especially in a emergency. These guys ROCK. Three years ago we received a call from my pet sitter that our furnace was out of fuel Our oil delivery service had missed a visit. After several calls the oil company finally showed up with five gallons of oil, an attitude and the proclamation that our cast iron furnace had crack because it had no fuel. ITAK installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning System with a humidifier and hot water heater in April 2017. The whole experience of working with ITAK was excellent right from our initial contact! Paul Mitchell explained and reviewed various options with us to meet our needs. He patiently answered all of my questions, emails and phone calls. The installation technicians, James and Michael, were very cordial, considerate and professional. We are very pleased with our new system and the quality of the installation.
