my heat went out yesterday. I called and spoke with Chrissie and she had someone come out that afternoon. Larry came and looked told us what we needed done. He came back early the next morning and had my heat up and running in a 1/2 hour.

I have used ITAK a few times to service my Mitsubishi units, I have 6, and it has always been a positive experience. Both making the appointments as well as the service visits. The staff have been friendly and informative. I just had a full unit replaced and Brad and his guys were great. They show up on time, keep you updated on what the process is, and we friendly and courteous when in my home. I highly recommend ITAK for your heating and cooling needs.

Mike did a great job of helping me choose units and even spoke to my brother to explain the unit he was recommending and why. He climbed into my attic to check the area his guys would need to work in and let me know what challenges they faced. Plywood path needed to be installed and attic access hole just barely big enough.
