We had an emergency with one of our pets and they went above and beyond to not only take care of us but also keep the emergency affordable for us. They are genuine and very compassionate. They honestly care. Period.
Amazing service, employees and Dr's. I took my 12 year old Golden Retriever in to see the Doc today because he was having some issues. They were so kind and reassuring. I had my two boys with me ages 5 and 3. Needless to say they were bouncing off the walls and being very loud. I definitely had my hands full. As I was leaving the appointment and heading to my car I noticed Dr. Creswald behind me. He helped me load my Old Doggy into my Suburban and handed a pkg. Of M&M's to each of my boys. Wonderful! I can only give 5 stars?! I would like to give at LEAST 10! They go above and beyong to take care of your furbabies as well as you. The whole staff is amazing, wonderful, heartfelt, and genuine. I am so glad that we have found out home here in Ithaca and that this is the place I can take my furchildren to. Thank you thank thank you to everyone there!
