I called to make an appointment to get my older kitty put down so she wouldn’t be suffering anymore and they told me they were booked till the end of July, if I wanted to get put on the emergency list and pay an extra $75 on top of the fee to get her put down I could, but obviously I can’t wait for all of that. The vet that used to own this place was way more kind and understanding when it came to this kind of stuff, needless to say I’ll be finding a new vet.
Terrible place!! Dr. Creswell is definitely missed! No compassion for animals I would recommend Northwoods Pet Care Center they have excellent people skills and really care for their animals!!
My dog is in pain, has cancer, and unable to move. When requesting euthanasia we were told, "Your not a patient here, and we're too busy." I guess they meant to just let her suffer.
