Sydney made clear I wasn't the only… Sydney made clear I wasn't the only customer with ACH issues. This gave me a lot of relief. She listened and actually followed through with promise to email me she was keeping an eye on my account for the wire transfer I went forward with after my second ACH failed. She then followed through with another email when my account was funded. Nobody gives that kind of service anymore.

Being able to call Being able to call, having someone pick up the phone, and stay with you until the problem is resolved - is a big deal! Today the customer service rep, Ayrton, stayed on the phone with me until he resolved my problem and even gave me his personal cell if I had any follow up questions (I did not). Great stuff.
