With the help of Andrew With the help of Andrew, I was able to have my questions answered very quickly and efficiently. I had called while I was sick and Andrew was able to quickly understand my questions regarding my funds being transferred to my ITrust Roth IRA account. Our conversation was at most 2 minutes. Very helpful and made me feel very comfortable if I ever needed to call again for further assistance. Very happy with my experience being this is the first time I’ve ever had to contact ITrusts customer service.
