Mo Zeineddine -- outstanding support Mo Zeineddine, iTrust Relationship Manager, was exceptional in helping me to unravel account creation issues. My phone number was deemed "incorrect" by the iTrust system and blocked my attempts. After several other tries, he very creatively suggested that I enter a different phone number (not mine). To my surprise, it worked. Throughout our extended phone contact, he was patient, thoughtful and easy to understand. He's a great relationship manager!
