This may very well have been the best… This may very well have been the best customer service experience I've had, no joke. I recently reached out to support about a question regarding Multi-Factor Authentication on an account I recently opened. I spoke with Chad about a problem with… I spoke with Chad about a problem with a cash contribution to my account. I had talked numerous times to both sides of the transfer . Chad found that I had 2 accounts and one wasn't active . He deleted the inactive account and relink the institutions, problem solved and peace of mind . Thank you Chad for digging in and finding the problem , that had taken over a week to find.
