Easy creating account but very elementary platform. Creating account and transferring money is simple and straight forward. But the trading platform is very elementary. There is only market orders and you have to contact support to make a withdrawal. Support is quick to respond.

Website is moving in the right direction Excellent choice to drop the monthly fees. Between the 1% trading commission and the "spread" on the price, iTrust is doing just fine. Next up - needs the ability for LIMIT orders ASAP! (Will be a HUGE timesaver for me not to have to monitor prices constantly.) Dollar cost averaging (recurring purchases would be a nice touch. Also, I'm worried, when the time comes to sell, that restricting trading to ONE order at a time will NOT be good! Please add the ability to submit multiple order... read more

Issues with initial funding, otherwise what I wanted It is hard to communicate with a representative over the phone, email responses are short and half-thought out, and deposits/transfers seem to be forgotten unless the customer follows up, causing an extended hold (over the 3 day) with release of the money being delayed over and over. It seems once the money is with iTrust, the interface is good though and haven’t had a problem since.

Awesome but need staking / passive income Your personnel are top notch and super responsive. Everything is great however staking and passive income earning like most brokerage exchanges is what’s missing. Full 5 stars and I’ll convert my friends as soon as you can get that!
