This company has the best rates… This company has the best rates compared to anyone and it is not even close! They need to fix the slotted times for phone calls and allow customers to call anytime. They are good about responding to emails. I was going to go with BitIRA but they had all kinds of hidden fees, including storage fees, platform fees, and you lose 3.5 percent of your investment up front! If you want to save the most money, and still have a good selection of coins this is your best bet. I’ve done the research!

Bot was initially unable to understand and answer… Bot was unable to understand and answer my question. I am interested in opening a Roth using the same credentials I used to open my IRA. Is this possible (and how) or do I have to create a separate new account using a different email address? Updated rating from 1 to 4 stars: the response I received from a real person was more helpful. I also found the answer by rewording my imessage for the bot.

Hi Ronald, To open an additional account, you will need to use a different email address. We are developing the technology to allow multiple accounts to be merged under one email address in the future.
