Great platform with slow on-boarding The experience thus far has been fairly smooth. This would be a 5-star rating if it were not for the 3+ week fund transfer timeline (delays on iTrust's side, not Vanguard who was transferring the funds).

Good, not so good I was impressed with the iTrustCapital website, initial information communication, the 15 min call answering my questions with a knowledgeable professional and your document signing process. But the communications for the ACH funding duration was/is terrible: • 5 days hold on ACH – seriously? • Started on 12/7 • 5k ACH cleared my bank on 12/9 • 12/10 they sent me email stating it will remain pending and not clear for 1-2 more business days and it was a Friday. iTrust Needs To Do Better I am a new account holder. The account application process is in need of improvement. The lack of detailed instructions on completing the IRA Transfer Form caused confusion and needless delays. My impression is that professionalism at iTrust Capital is less than desirable.
