Inability to make contact I tried unsuccessfully to ask a question via contact email or schedule call , but was surprised when they reached out to me via phone and cleared up the problem. BTW, my iPad can only display the site in landscape, not in portrait mode.

Good overall experience iTrust Capital provides good customer service. My questions are always answered in a reasonable time frame. The software is easy to use and fees acceptable. I'm looking forward to a day when an IRA can be funded by scheduled, monthly direct deposit vice wire.
