I was having a problem processing my RMD. I was having a problem processing my RMD for 2022. I called customer service and talked to Nadia and she was able to fix my problem and I was able to complete my RMD for 2022. She is an excellent employee and it was a pleasure working with her. Love how easy it is but you should… Love how easy it is but you should lower to 100 instead of 500 dollars because most people can invest 100 weekly rather than 500. I have so many people that want to join but 500 it to much.

Excellent support department representatives Your support department representatives were extremely helpful in helping me expedite some necessary transfers I needed to make. Shawn Noad was the person who I dealt with the most and answered my emails promptly and gave me up-to-date information as soon as he had the information. Daniel Bennett advised me today of some paperwork that needed to be corrected. I really appreciated how well this matter had been taken care of. Most of this took place in the last week.
