Minimum contribution amt too high + difficulty in reaching customer service I dislike that the minimum contribution amount is $1k, this makes it difficult to add funds to my account. I also had challenges in connecting with a support POC in the beginning, not having a phone number to speak to a customer service agent is not ideal.

The sign up process is straight forward… The sign up process is straight forward and fairly simple. I'm not very computer literate so if I can do it anyone can. I also called on the phone a couple times. The staff is very helpful and cordial. I also like that they spoke English with an American accent that I could understand.
