Excellent customer service!!!! I’ve called twice bcs I wasn’t sure my wire was received initially. I’m both cases, I got an agent on the phone immediately who explained what they saw on their end and in one case took corrective action to fix the issue. In both cases, the problem was resolved before I got off the phone. Both times, a manager followed up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. Very reassuring when your dealing with your money.

Onboarding and customer service. Just moved some funds from an existing IRA. The step by step instuctions and videos made it quite easy. Managed to complete the process on their website with just one call to my broker for the fax #. I logged in to my account today and got the contact # for customer service. Call was answered promptly by a helpful customer rep who answered all my questions. I haven't disbursed my assets yet, but will write another review on that experience.
