Over-the-top verification does NOT serve the client. I suppose iTrust is trying to "protect" us, but they would not allow me to change my phone number and my email and my 2FA without CALLING them, which DOES NOT WORK in my shift-work lifestyle. I need to be able to log into my profile and make changes. It was ENFURIATING and took multiple calls. Finally, they sent me a code so I could go inside and change the 2FA without a call. Idiotic. 401k rollover from fidelity I found the experience of rolling over my 401k fairly easy. It wasn't very straight forward how to contact someone on the phone but once I did I received great help from someone very polite. I also never did receive an email notifying me that my funds were ready to go, maybe I just didnt see it. I also didn't get a prompt to update my payment method which could be useful for 1st time users.
I love the conditional buy and sell… I love the conditional buy and sell orders, OH and the 1% order fees. .... Oh and NO OTHER FEES!!
