Feedback I like the website but was hoping for staking. Staking my ADA would be a huge lift during this bear market. Customer service was really good and were helpful with answering my questions. Buying and selling was easy and website layout is easy to navigate. Having an ACAT transfer option would make it easier for me to transfer additional money into

ITrustCapital was average at best ITrustCapital was, at best, average when it came to customer service, the information they shared with me, and resolving my issue. Had to schedule a support call a couple of times and each time they were prompt and were able to address my concerns immediately. Still new in this journey but have no complaints so far!!! Customer service are very helpful Customer service are very helpful. Whenever I call for some issues there was always someone to answer it. The only concerns I have is the availability of ordering type, staking or private wallet. But I’m hoping somewhere along the line you’ll have these features.

Very thorough and helpful. My husband had an IRA account with iTrust. He passed away in January of this year. The iTrust representatives were very helpful in transferring his account into my name.
