Access to costumer service is very… Access to costumer service is very limited. My Ake an appointment with costumer service to talk about your accounts or problems is ridiculous. The platform actually is very easy an simple to access. Also I don’t receive any total value that you guys get from my previos administrators for the total value of the IRA transfer to your account; to make sure that PRIMERICA transfer all my funds
