I believed the money to fund the… I believed the money to fund the account would be in the form of an automatic transfer(like with Coinbase). Because I was unaware a wire to transfer funds was required, I missed my 2021 contribution. I can’t blame you completely, however, since the money to fund it was languishing in a checking account just waiting for me to use it for this purpose since December, ‘21.

Hi Gerald, We are sorry you had this experience. Given you selected 'Wire' on your funding options, you needed to initiate directly from your bank or bank's website. We alternatively have an ACH option that allows clients to link their bank accounts via Plaid for automatic withdrawals.

Easy to Open Inherited IRA by Rollover from Fido I opened an Inherited Regular Traditional IRA account. The process was strait forward and easy to follow. I thought the videos were right to the point and very helpful to me. Two different times I asked questions and the chat feature got me prompt and helpful answers both times. The overall process… The overall process of opening and funding an account was pretty straight forward. However, when you are funding from an Employer-funded plan, the process needs a bit more attention to make sure it's completed correctly. Also, it was difficult to get in touch with a live person when the FAQ section did not answer my questions.

Amazing Customer Service - Tyson is the Man! Recently, I tried to fund my Roth IRA in a short period of time, and I had several (self-inflicted) problems that arose.
