The platform is good The platform is good. It was disappointing that the minimum deposit from my bank was $1000 even after meeting the 2500 initial deposit. I had 550 more that I could put into my Roth IRA, but was not able to do this. Had to put that in an ETrade account instead

Good Product / Poor Service I love the product offered by iTrust, but the timeliness needs improvement. The funding process never goes as smoothly as it should and will take twice as long as indicated. Their support team is helpful but might not respond for a day or two.
