Excellent, but use fax (or snail mail) for security Really excellent platform for acquiring and holding crypto in an IRA or especially a Roth.There is a gaping security hole however, they ask you to email the document that has your Social Security number, date of birth, name and address. It would be great if they had a simple upload button on their website, but they don’t. Don’t they know that emails are not secure, but faxes are? I listened to all the hoopla about this… I listened to all the hoopla about this but the monthly fee eats up anything I am basically making. I was going to put my retirement money in this account in a few months but am deciding not to. I understand you have to make money but not at the expense of the little people.

Impressed but disappointed Overall, ITrustCapital is of the best at what they do. The price structure is fair and the system is not overly complicated for a novice to operate their Self-Directed IRA.
