Poor Customer Service/Communication Slow initial setup time. Communication is bad. You need to make an appointment to talk to someone even for emergencies. Lack of a messaging/chat app. is inexcusable in this day and age.

I love being able to buy cryptocurrency… I love being able to buy cryptocurrency so easily and silver without the high premiums. The user interface needs some work The user interface needs some work. I understand you want to keep it simple, but it's a bit too simple. The portfolio manager can be simple and easy to use and look much more sleek and modern. I personally like the Voyager app for crypto. You should check out their interface for some design ideas.
