Received the call earlier than was scheduled and was old that something had come up so my call had to be "now" or at some other point which would not work since I had other obligations on that day. I felt rushed and did not benefit from the call. Because you offered the Roth IRA I went ahead and opened the account.
Great customer service on asset… Great customer service on asset transfer in. They are quick to answer questions via email. All client replies were personalized and to the point and not a canned response like competitive brokers send out. More crypto choices are needed, stop and limit orders are needed badly. On the surface, the 1% trade commission on cryptos sounds fine, but in practice it is way too much just to execute a trade. The larger the account gets, these % fees could be massive. I definitely love the platform compared… I definitely love the platform compared to what equity trust offers for IRA. the fees are very reasonable compared to other IRAs. Couple of reasons I stayed away from giving a 5 are 1) Platform interface can been improved a lot when you are claiming to be wanting to be the best. 2)I would like a limit order & stop loss feature added which are essential for crypto traders. I trust I like that it was easy and quick to transfer my money to Itrust IRA. I felt that there should be a larger list of crypto to invest in.
As I am new to crypto As I am new to crypto, let alone crypto IRA's, I really have no basis of comparison, so my star rating is probably not accurate. The rollover from my 503b to my iTrust account was painfully slow. I don't know if that is normal, but was caught off guard as I watched the crypto prices climb each day as I waited on the sidelines, anxious to get in. Smooth Transition and Trading I moved an existing rollover IRA to iTrustnand it was smooth and easy. I was setup and trading in about a weeks time. So far the trading process is smooth and all the crypto brands I trade are available.
Customer Service is hard to reach I've tried to reach customer service for two days, but have not heard back from them. There's no phone number to reach anyone, either. So it's frustrating and costly.
