After Three Months Being with iTrust for only three months I can attest that it has been a pleasant experience. It was easy to set up the account and the platform to trade, if you like, is very user-friendly. As to the actual trust services and dealings with the IRS I have no experience yet.
Itrust earns 5 Stars! I really enjoy itrust. The monthly fees are very reasonable. The trading fees are reasonable. It would be nice if we did not have to pay the fee on every sale and purchase, but I understand. The customer service has been very good. They have worked with me to process wire transfers expeditiously. They have responded to my questions on new coins coming to the platform. Deposit So you can do a withdrawal out of a checking account for the monthly payments but you don’t offer that for when I want to make a deposit into my account. Instead I have to send a certified check and it takes a week or so don’t understand that and maybe you should look at changing that

Great Customer Service - Questions answered! I wrote in and left my number because I had some final questions about ITrust and setting up an account. Grant returned my call within 3 minutes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I have been researching I Trust about opening an IRA and this sealed the deal. Great, timely, competent support ... I will be opening an account. Great customer service ... off to a good start.
This platform has definitely been user… This platform has definitely been user friendly and has given many the opportunity to improve their retirement positions through alternative investments. I would like to see Itrust Capital allow it's users to earn interest on their holdings in the future.
