Problem solved by Philipe Cabrera :) Due to a shortage in employees, my scheduled call with Philipe Cabrera was delayed. I thought I somehow missed it but was very glad he called. I had some questions that couldn't be solved with a message, and a problem I wasn't sure could be fixed, but he fixed it! He was very friendly and answered my questions.
