I had a scare.. I had a scare... in that hackers changed the password on my email account, and then used that to change my password at iTrustCapital. I was unable to get into my email or iTrustCapital and concerned about my funds. After I messaged on the website, Grant did a great job contacting me in the morning, assuring me the hackers were unable to liquidate or transfer my funds, and walking me through changing my email address and password, in order to re-establish account access. Very thankful!

HAPPY BUT ROOM FOR A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS Hi,first I want to report that I am happy with the fast and smooth process of opening a Roth ira with Itrust capital,so 5 stars on that part. Where Itrustcapital needs to IMPROVE A LOT: customer must have the option of placing LIMIT ORDERS to avoid the BIG spread of MARKET ORDERS,limit orders would easily take care of preventing these ADDITIONAL LARGE COSTS,and even the MARKET price is higher than normal ( so you have a higher market price + spread which combined are higher than 1%). ... read more
The Best Financial Decision I've Ever Made! I'm very happy I decided to choose ITrustCapital to be my new IRA custodian.
