Within days I saw news on Twitter and on iTrust's Knowledge section that they reached out to Flare to coordinate and voice their concerns. Great company! My only complaint is how long it can take for their support to reply to emails. Takes a couple days it seems. Phone calls need to be scheduled a day out. I understand that they are probably swamped due to their recent popularity.

I made a call and spoke to one of the founders of the company. I apologize for not remembering his name but he was very helpful and let me know that I was not bothering him with my questions. Setting up the account was pretty straightforward with emails from the company and Docusighning documents. I am very satisfied with the process and ease of setup.
