Been trying to transfer assets to… Been trying to transfer assets to itrustcapital from another custodian for weeks now. I just keep going in circles with their support team about paperwork. I upload something, their system deletes it by accident and they ask me to upload it again. They say electronic signatures doesn't work then I confirm with the transfer custodian it does. In December, it looks like you submitted a request with the incorrect account type. After that, our team attempted to let you know that submitting another form with missing information was ill-advised, but you asked that we proceed, which led to further issues.
