Great concept and easy to use Great concept and easy to use. Only thing that makes it not 5 stars is a couple of phone appointments made but I was not called until 15 to 30 minutes after the appointment time.

Your people could have been more… Your people could have been more helpful. The lady that helped me did pretty good, but you definitely need a lot of hand holding when you are sending thousands of dollars over. It takes too long to send. You need to lower your cost of $29 per month. No other IRA's charge that much. That's what detoured me for the longest time.

We do everything we can to help our client move funds, but much of the work is done by the previous custodian and out of our control.
