Excellent, fast and reliable customer service I converted some Bitcoin to my Roth IRA. From the moment I submitted the request, to completion, the iTrustCapital team started communicating every step that they were doing, so that in less than 24 hours the conversion was done, thanks to Jeff and Nadia. Early distributions were Efficient! I've been able to triple my IRA using Itrust Capital to invest in cryptocurrencies. I've taken 3 early distributions (I'm not 59 1/2 yet) since rolling over my 457B to Itrust Capital over 2 years ago. Trustworthy, Low-Fee Crypto IRA with Excellent Support iTrust is an excellent company to work with for alternative IRA products, including cryptocurrencies. Their customer service is outstanding, and I feel confident in the security of my funds. The fees are also very low, which is a rare find in crypto IRAs. A special thanks to Nadia and Jeff, who were extremely helpful throughout the rollover process of my employer 401K.

Customer service is slow and provides… Customer service is slow and provides generic responses instead of addressing specific questions like a human would. Additionally, the app is very buggy and nearly useless. With so many banks failing, especially in the crypto space, I wouldn’t trust these guys to be around for long. Exactly why I switched to Beyond Standard, Impressive returns. My retirement funds are growing steadily.

Itrust is a non conforming investment… Itrust is a non conforming investment company. if you want to roll your IRA out to another company you will run into a hornet's nest of problems. even a qualified indirect rollover seems to be a problem. fees are very expensive especially for crypto. do not invest here. go to a conforming investment house.

We complete these regularly and it’s a very smooth process. Please make sure to follow our instructions. As for fees, we’re the most competitive in the crypto IRA space.
