I opened itrust IRA with 2,000 and put… I opened itrust IRA with 2,000 and put it all in bitcoin. The thirty dollar monthly service fee will possibly eat up my investment pretty quick but I decided to take a risk. Customer service reps speak good clear English which is rare these days. I felt like they could have been a bit more informative regarding account setup you have to do a wire transfer they don’t accept ACH deposits. A Great custodian of crypto assets A Great custodian of crypto assets, however sometimes server errors come about, causing issues with being able log on or trade, but also, having said that, that very issue can be seen across any platform of exchange, or custodial solutions from time to time. I'm very satisfied with itrustcapital. The hardest part I dealt with in opening up an IRA, was not itrustcapital, but the place I was rolling funds from, and the people at itrust even helped me there. THANK YOU!
Excellent IRA product and service Fantastic service so far. Reasonably lower fees compared to other self-directed crypto IRA's (the only type I looked at) and an incredibly simple interface to use. Anthony took the time to informatively answered all of my questions at the beginning which was quite refreshing. Additionally, the company's turnaround on documents was quick and the process was easy.
