The only thing that would make it… The only thing that would make it better is being able to do ACH transfers from my bank accounts. Wiring money is expensive and a major pain to get done.

Web site feedback I must say they were great to work with and very helpful. On the trading web site I would like to see details on gains and losses tracking of each of my holdings in Cryptos. I would like faster cryptos added like Theta when they move up the market cap or a request link to add. I would like the purchase price spread to bit more realistic to current valuations as we are buying and selling. This is a great start to the evolution of investing The rollover process was extremely quick. My account was funded within a coupe days after submitting my forms. I am excited to be able to invest in crypto and gold in an IRA. This is an excellent start. The platform has plenty of room to improve by increased trading pairs: ie: BTC/ETH. Currently the only options are USD pairs now. The ability to stake or utilize DeFi, lending, CeFi would be an excellent added benefit. I hope that comes soon. Higher crypto trading cost than 1%! ITrustCapital charges flat 1% Crypto trading fee but the real-time Bitcoin and ethereum market prices are always 0.5-0.75% higher than the popular exchanges, e.g. Binance and Gemini. So, you're really always charging 1.5-1.75% trading fee. That bothers me a bit, but they're still the best crypto IRA around hands down.

Jason, iTrustCapital is not an exchange but connects to liquidity providers. Those providers have spreads (bid/ask) of approximately 1/2% in both directions. iTrust makes a 1% transaction fee, which equals the settled price. When comparing costs, be sure to look at other Crypto IRA providers; you will find that iTrust has by far the lowest fees.

Thrilled to have Bitcoin in my Roth IRA! Hoping for enhancements. First, I am thrilled to have an IRA product that I can trade cryptocurrencies in, especially Bitcoin! Yay!
