Easy, Quick, & Simple Overall, the process was very easy, quick, and simple. I am so glad I opened my new account I am so glad I opened my new account. It took two weeks to setup and fund my account. The trading platform is super easy and fast to use. I found Itrustcapital’s fee structure to be the most competitive. There was no hidden fees. It’s great to be able to hold crypto securely in an IRA account.

I’ll admit it’s early I’ll admit it’s early, however everything has been great thus far. Sign up was easy. Not too many forms. Lots of communication throughout. Fees are the best (by far) and I researched all the major Bitcoin IRA providers.

This is a good service but needs to improve the customer experience. This is a good service, but you guys are lacking some very important things to provide a great consumer experience. You need an automated way to fund the account. Plaid is one option that may help with that. It took way too long to transfer money into my trading account. My only complaint is that it took so long to make my money available for trading. 7 days to clear a check? Aren't you in the blockchain business? Because of this delay, I lost out on tens of thousands of shares in the digital currency I wanted to purchase.

Hi Joel, Thank you for your feedback. We agree that TSP and other custodians who send checks need to upgrade how they transfer funds. If they had simply wired or used cryptocurrency, your funds would have been available much sooner. The financial system desperately needs an overhaul!
