You get a questionnaire that you are supposed to fill out by asking your current IRS custodian for the answers. My custodian obviously did not like the questions and the most frequent response something like "we work that out with them. They know what to do." Excellent, but use fax (or snail mail) for security Really excellent platform for acquiring and holding crypto in an IRA or especially a Roth.There is a gaping security hole however, they ask you to email the document that has your Social Security number, date of birth, name and address. It would be great if they had a simple upload button on their website, but they don’t. Don’t they know that emails are not secure, but faxes are? I listened to all the hoopla about this… I listened to all the hoopla about this but the monthly fee eats up anything I am basically making. I was going to put my retirement money in this account in a few months but am deciding not to. I understand you have to make money but not at the expense of the little people.
I'm very excited about my crypto Roth… I'm very excited about my crypto Roth Ira! and for the future of this site, but I think many things need to happen first, such as being able to do limit orders. Also, customer service needs to be improved, with better phone support and live chat support with an actual person. That would be awesome!
